Amazing historical property inside the historic center of Lucca

The beautiful residence was made more beautiful by the hospitality and attention to detail of the proprietor, Laura. She is an amazing pastry chef and we were in for an extra treat for breakfast with her delicious pastries and spread of meat and cheeses. She made a fantastic recommendation for restaurants and we ended up having an scrumptious spread of local charcuterie, cheeses, bruschetta, prosciutto and melon. This wasn't the first time we have been in Lucca, but staying at La Butterfly has certainly made it our favorite time in Lucca. We are fortunate to come back to this lovely B and B in one week when we transit through Lucca and we are very much looking forward to it. Joyce, Canada

La Butterfly Relais is a very comfortable and inviting B & B. The location is great!

The location was great and the space was very comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was fantastic with homemade baked goods. Laura's hospitality and help with local sites and recommendations were a huge help. Nancy, USA
